Business Model

Flexible Business Models to suit your businesses requirement in an unstable economy may work against market changes with flexible and pioneering business strategies therefore, the right partners will be the ones who stand by you in executing the response to these market changes.

In the new fast growing economy, we realize that information technology outsourcing customers are increasingly demanding the flexibility that best serves their unique business needs.

Fixed Price Turnkey or Project Outsourcing

Our fixed time, fixed price business model offers clients a low-risk option and can be used when the scope and specifications of the project are reasonably clear. In this model the customer pays a pre-negotiated fixed amount. This model is suitable when the requirements are clear and fixed and the project execution effort can be estimated fairly easily.

For projects with available detailed specification we offer Fixed Budget Business Model with fixed cost and delivery date. We analyze our client’s requirements thoroughly in order to prevent further changes to the software requirements specification and develop an exact plan at a very detailed level.

For those projects which require an individual approach and its rather difficult to work out a detailed plan with fixed cost and deadline, we recommend a Dedicated Team Business Model or Time & Material Business Model.

Effort Based Pricing or Time & Material

This engagement model is particularly useful in contexts where the projects are quite complex and are prone to specification and design changes midstream. This model gives customer greater flexibility in terms of developing the project specification on an ongoing basis and modifying the specifications based on the changing market needs.

Time and Material based pricing model is suitable when it is difficult to predict the scope and effort involved at the outset of a project due to

  • New emerging technology
  • Evolving requirements due to lack of experience/evolving market
  • Integration of heterogeneous environments/third party dependence
  • Parallel development of hardware and software for controlling the hardware
  • Exploratory nature of some technology projects
